We are two years past the C-19 Pandemic and it seems like things are sometimes still hard. Certainly they are better, but that drawn-out time of stress and fear has made its mark on our lives. For example, during Covid we missed getting together with others. Now, because we couldn’t get together, we may have forgotten how. We numbed and soothed ourselves with food and movies. And we waited.

Now the worst is behind us, but if you’re like me, you might feel like you’ve developed a habit of waiting and withdrawing. Many of us have. And sometimes habits like these are hard to break.

Maybe like me, you feel numb. You don’t really know what to do next. Maybe you’ve lost touch with what you really want. Or maybe, you want to reinvent yourself altogether - create a better version of you.

Perhaps it isn’t that deep for you. It doesn’t have to be.

Maybe you just want to get back in touch with what is important to you.

I went through that recently. I was burned out and felt like I had lost touch with my goals, dreams, and desires.

I have spent most of my adult life “hanging in there”, “getting through it”, and waiting for a time that felt less hectic or more stable. But I woke up last year and thought,

I’m tired of waiting! I want to live my life now!”

In order to get back in touch with what I wanted in life, I felt like I needed to assess where I was, what was working, and what needed to be changed.

So I started a new daily journal I called “self reflections” where I spent 15 minutes each morning getting back in touch with my dreams, my thoughts, and my feelings. After thinking about and answering questions about my life and myself for about a month, I started to rediscover my passions. I could pinpoint the things I wanted more of (more time with friends, deeper spiritual interactions, more time for hobbies), and what I wanted less of (less stress, less languishing, less numbing of emotions and thoughts).

This was the first step to creating a more meaningful existence. Now, I am finally living a life that feels intentional and authentic. I am doing what I need to do to stay healthy, and I am more in touch with what success means to me. Now, instead of drifting through life, I feel like I’m more in control of my decisions, my actions and my vitality.

I want that for you!

This was such an important step to my well-being, that I have decided to put those daily questions together for you as a free download to help you get to a place where you feel more content and happier with your life. You’ll be able to go through the journaling questions that changed my life, at your own pace, contemplating your thoughts and feelings, and deciding what is the next right thing for you.

You’ll answer questions like:

  • If time and money were no issue, what would your wildest dream be?
  • What can I do to better feed my spirit?
  • What are some non-negotiables that I will never give up?

You’ll learn what’s most important to you and how you can foster those things better in your life. You’ll find out what you are most grateful for, and what steps you can take to create change in your life.

In the end, you will have a plan to start living in an intentional, purposeful way that feels authentic to who you are in this season of your life.

Now is the perfect time to create a life you love!
